We're building a tool that finds patients who are lapsed, overdue for a follow-up, or coming up to a maintenance review — and drafts a personal message for each one, ready for you to approve. We're looking for a handful of Cliniko practices to help us build it properly.
Designed and built in the North East — not Silicon Valley, not bolted on from somewhere else.
Here's what we're building Priortell Recall to do — working directly from your Cliniko data.
Patients who haven't been in for 8 or more weeks and have no future appointment booked are automatically surfaced — before they become someone else's patient.
Patients who attended fewer sessions than a typical course of treatment and stopped coming are flagged as urgent — the most recoverable patients in your Cliniko records.
Patients with active BUPA, AXA, Aviva or Vitality authorisations that are approaching expiry are contacted before the sessions lapse — a uniquely UK pain point no other tool addresses.
Patients who came to you via GP referral and have lapsed may still be waiting on the NHS. A specific message acknowledges this — and reminds them they can be seen privately without a referral.
Not a finished product yet — this is the plan, and design partners help us get it right before anyone else sees it.
We'd rather build this with five Cliniko practices who tell us honestly what works and what doesn't, than launch something polished that misses the point. If you use Cliniko for your private physio practice and you'd be willing to have a conversation — about how you currently handle recall, what's missing, and whether something like this would actually help — we'd really value your input.
We're based here too. This isn't a generic tool adapted for the UK — it's being designed from scratch, in the North East, by someone who wants to build it with practices he can actually sit down with, not a market researched from a spreadsheet 3,000 miles away.
Priortell is being built to handle the whole patient relationship — everything that happens between appointments. Recall is the first piece. Here's where it's heading, shaped by the practices who build it with us.
The moment a patient finishes a positive course of treatment is the moment they're most likely to leave you a review — if you ask. Priortell will spot that moment and draft the request for you, turning happy patients into the word of mouth that brings new ones in.
The most valuable patient to keep isn't the one who's already lapsed — it's the one about to. Priortell will spot patients going quiet mid-treatment, while there's still time to check in, so fewer people fall away before they're better.
When someone misses an appointment, the window to get them rebooked is hours, not days. Priortell will help you reach them while the gap is still easy to fill — warmly, and without it eating your morning.
One system for the whole patient relationship — built on your Cliniko data, shaped around UK practice. Design partners help decide what we build next, and get every new feature free while we build it.
No pitch, no commitment — just a conversation to start. If you use Cliniko and run a private physio practice, leave your details and we'll get in touch to find a time that suits you.
We'll reach out to find a time to talk. It's just a conversation to start — no pitch, no commitment.
Not fully — we're in active development. We've designed the system, validated the approach against the Cliniko API, and we're now looking for a small number of Cliniko practices to help us build it around how recall actually works in practice.
To start, just a conversation — understanding how you currently handle lapsed patients and where the gaps are. If it makes sense to go further, you'd get early use of Priortell Recall for free while we're developing it, in exchange for honest feedback.
Yes — Priortell Recall connects directly to your Cliniko account via your API key. No CSV exports, no manual lists. We read your appointment and patient data directly and surface who needs to hear from you.
PMI patients — BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Vitality — get different recall messages to self-pay patients, where insurance provider is recorded in your Cliniko custom fields. We also flag authorisations approaching expiry before the sessions lapse unused.
Yes, once it's built and live there will be a paid subscription. Design partners get it free for the development period, and we'll always give partners advance notice and a preferential rate.
