Priortell Recall · In development for independent hearing care

Your patients don't lapse
on purpose. They just drift.

We're building a tool that finds patients who are due for a review, overdue for wax removal, or coming up to a device upgrade — and drafts a personal message for each one, ready for you to approve. We're looking for a handful of North East practices to help us build it properly.

Designed and built in the North East — not Silicon Valley, not bolted on from somewhere else.

Four reasons a patient should hear
from you — tracked automatically.

Here's what we're building Priortell Recall to do.

Annual hearing reviews

Patients due their yearly check are identified and contacted before they're overdue — not months after.

Ear wax removal — your most reliable recurring visit

Most NHS GP surgeries no longer offer routine wax removal, and many local health services have stopped commissioning it altogether. That's left millions of people relying on private clinics like yours. Because wax naturally rebuilds over time, every wax patient is a recurring reason to return — and Priortell keeps track of when each one is likely due, so you stay front of mind instead of losing them to a Google search.

Device aftercare & recalibration

Patients fitted with hearing aids need follow-up. Priortell keeps track of who's due a check-in so their devices keep performing.

Warranty & upgrade reminders

When a patient's device is approaching the end of its life or warranty, Priortell flags it — so they hear about their options from you, not a chain.

Why we're building this for UK independent
practices specifically.

01
The NHS wax gap is your opportunity.
As NHS wax removal services have been withdrawn across much of the country, more people than ever are paying privately — and they need to know you're there when the wax comes back. Priortell turns one-off wax appointments into an ongoing relationship.
02
NHS hearing aid wearers are future private patients.
Many people start with NHS hearing aids and later want to explore what private technology can offer. Priortell can help you stay in touch with these patients and reach out at the right moment, with the right message — so when they're ready to upgrade, they come to you.
03
The personal aftercare the chains can't match.
Independent practices consistently outperform the national chains on aftercare and follow-up — but only if no one slips through. Priortell makes sure every patient who's due a check, a recalibration, or a review actually hears from you, turning your biggest advantage into a system.

Here's what we're building.

Not a finished product yet — this is the plan, and design partners help us get it right before anyone else sees it.

1
Connect your patient records
Working from data you already hold, no new system to learn.
2
We surface who's due
A continuously updated queue of patients due for a review, wax removal, aftercare, or upgrade.
3
Personal messages, drafted for you
Written to sound like you, referencing each patient's specific reason for returning.
4
You approve everything
Nothing sends without you seeing it first. You're always in control.

Margaret Wilson Annual review · 13 months

Hi Margaret, it's been just over a year since your last hearing assessment. It would be worth booking in for a check — hearing can shift gradually and it's good to keep an eye on it. We have availability next week if that suits.

Robert Ashworth Wax removal · ~6 months

Hi Robert — it's been around six months since your last wax removal appointment. If things are starting to feel a bit blocked or muffled, it might be time for another visit. We can usually fit you in within the week.

Why we're asking for partners,
not customers.

We'd rather build this with five practices who tell us honestly what works and what doesn't, than launch something polished that misses the point. If you're an independent practice in the North East and you'd be willing to have a conversation — about how you currently handle recall, what's missing, and whether something like this would actually help — we'd really value your input.

We're based here too. This isn't a generic tool adapted for the UK — it's being designed from scratch, in the North East, by someone who wants to build it with practices he can actually sit down with, not a market researched from a spreadsheet 3,000 miles away.

Questions

Is this actually built yet?

Not fully — we're in active development. We've designed the system and validated the approach, and we're now looking for a small number of independent practices to help us build it around how recall actually works in practice, before we finalise it.

What does being a design partner actually involve?

To start, just a conversation — understanding how you currently handle patient recall and where the gaps are. If it makes sense to go further, you'd get early use of Priortell Recall for free while we're developing it, in exchange for honest feedback.

Does it understand wax removal recall specifically?

That's exactly the kind of detail we want to get right with input from practices like yours — most generic reminder tools don't, and we think that's a gap worth solving properly.

Will there be a cost eventually?

Yes, once it's built and live there will be a paid subscription. Design partners get it free for the development period, and we'll always give partners advance notice and a preferential rate before anyone else.
