Priortell Track · Competitor insolvency intelligence · Live

When a competitor fails,
you have 7–21 days.

Priortell Track watches the London Gazette, Companies House, and Contracts Finder every day. The moment a competitor in your sector and region enters liquidation, administration, or receives a winding-up petition — you get their name, their exposed contracts, and a drafted approach for winning their customers. Before anyone else moves.

Four things in every
competitor failure package.

Every time a competitor in your sector and region fails, you receive a package containing all of this — ready to act on.

The failed company — named and verified

The company name, registration number, sector, region, and the nature of the filing — liquidation, administration, or winding-up petition — sourced directly from the public record the same day it appears.

Their exposed public contracts

Any public contracts the failed company held — sourced from Contracts Finder — are listed with their value, contracting authority, and expiry date. These are the contracts that need a new supplier. You see them first.

The insolvency practitioner

The appointed IP is named — the firm and the individual handling the case. They are the gateway to the failed company's customer list and asset disposition. Knowing who they are on day one matters.

A drafted approach — ready to send

A message drafted for you to reach out to the failed company's customers, acknowledging the situation professionally and making the case for switching. Yours to edit and send — or ignore. Every message carries an opt-out as standard.

The window is 7–21 days.
Most businesses miss it entirely.

01
Customers of a failed supplier are actively looking — for days, not weeks.
When a contractor goes into administration, their customers don't wait. They need a replacement immediately. The companies that reach out in the first week win the business. The ones that find out three weeks later are pitching to customers who've already moved on.
02
Public contracts re-tender — but only if you know they're available.
Public sector contracts held by a failed supplier don't automatically transfer. They're re-tendered, often on shortened timelines. Contracts Finder lists them — but most SMEs don't monitor it daily. Priortell Track does, and puts the relevant ones in front of you the same day.
03
Built for construction, cleaning, logistics, and facilities management.
These are sectors with regular insolvencies, high contract volumes, and customers who switch on price and reliability. Priortell Track is configured for your sector and region — you're not watching noise from industries that aren't yours.

Questions

Is this legal? Can I contact a failed company's customers?

Yes — we only draft outreach to registered companies, not individuals. Business-to-business marketing is permitted under PECR, and every drafted message includes an opt-out. The data we surface is entirely from public registers.

How quickly do I get the alert?

We check the registers daily. For London Gazette filings, you'll typically receive the alert within hours of publication. Companies House filings are checked on the same schedule.

What if no competitor fails in my sector this month?

You pay the £49 retainer and nothing else. There's no charge for a package unless a competitor failure is detected in your specific sector and region.

Which sectors do you cover?

Construction, cleaning, logistics, and facilities management across all UK regions. If your sector isn't listed, email us — we're expanding coverage based on demand.

What are the £49 and £250 prices — are they confirmed?

These are working placeholders. Confirmed pricing will be set before general availability. Early subscribers will lock in launch pricing — it won't increase for you once you're on a watching brief.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — cancel any time and you won't be charged for the following month. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
