Priortell Cert · EICR renewal tracking

Your certificate book is worth
£22,500–£60,000 in renewals.
Most contractors lose a third of it.

Know exactly which of your landlord clients are due for renewal, remind them automatically, and make sure the booking comes back to you — not a competitor.

150–200 EICRs issued per year, per 5-engineer firm
📅 £22,500–£60,000 in renewal revenue every 5 years
📉 30–50% lost to competitors with no tracking system

You already won the client. Don't lose the renewal.

Every EICR you issue is a future renewal. Without a system to track expiry dates, most of that revenue quietly goes to whoever calls the landlord first — often a competitor who did none of the original work. 2026 is a renewal cliff: every certificate issued during the 2021 private rental mandate surge is expiring now, with new social housing mandates from May 2026 adding further volume.

The renewal loop, automated.

This is what we're building. None of it is live yet — we're registering interest before we build.

1
Upload your book
Drop in issued EICR PDFs or a CSV export. No new system to learn — we work with what you already have.
2
We'll track every expiry
Client, address, and certificate date mapped automatically. Every certificate in your book, tracked to the day.
3
We'll send the reminder
Branded emails at 6 and 3 months before expiry, sent as you. Your name, your contact details, your booking link.
4
The booking comes back to you
Client replies land as a confirmed slot in your diary. No chasing, no jobs quietly going to whoever called first.

Nobody owns the renewal loop on your side.

01
Certificate tools generate the certificate and stop.
TradeCert, CertSure, Clik Cert — these tools do the job they were built for. None of them track expiry or follow up on your behalf. Once the PDF is issued, you're on your own.
02
Job management tools don't track certificate expiry.
Powered Now, Tradify, and similar tools manage jobs and invoices. Certificate expiry isn't part of their model — there's no trigger, no reminder loop, and no booking recovery built in.
03
Landlord tools serve the landlord, not you.
CertNudge, August, and similar platforms remind landlords about compliance obligations. The booking doesn't automatically come back to the contractor who did the original work.

Pricing

Likely around £39/month. No contract.

Priced against thousands of pounds of recoverable renewal revenue a year. Final pricing will depend on what we learn from early conversations.

Questions

Is this live yet?

Not yet — we're validating demand before we build. Registering interest costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.

Does this replace my certificate software?

No — it won't generate certificates or manage jobs. Just renewal tracking and the reminder-to-booking loop.

What if my records aren't digital?

A CSV with client name, address, and issue date will be enough. PDFs will let us extract expiry dates automatically once it's built.

Will my clients know it's automated?

No — every email will be branded as coming from you, not from Priortell.
